David Goroff

David Goroff is an associate in the Business and Transactions Department who focuses on Health Care. As a summer associate at Ballard Spahr in 2021, he worked on a licensing and education regulatory matter for a health care client. He also has experience with Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked as a paramedic in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and as an emergency medical services state regulator in Maryland.
