Caroline Tanner

Caroline Tanner is a freelance reporter based in Washington, D.C., who has written for USA Today and other outlets. Tanner is a 2018 graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and a 2014 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Missouri School of Journalism.
