Chris A. Williams

Chris A. Williams started contributing to Technical.ly Delaware in October 2015. He studied computer science at the University of Delaware before deciding to get a master's in journalism from Northwestern University. Now he enjoys combining both degrees, especially as they relate to civic tech and politics.
