Xtium, the King of Prussia cloud-hosting company , raised $2 million, according to an SEC filing. It raised another $2 million last November.
Wash Cycle Laundry, the GoodCompany Group graduate that offers sustainable laundry service, closed a round of funding with Robin Hood Ventures and Investors’ Circle, said founder Gabriel Mandujano. He did not disclose the amount of the round.
First Round Capital participated in a $15 Series B million round for DogVacay, a Santa Monica, Calif.-based AirBnB for petsitting, GigaOM reported. First Round Capital had already previously invested in DogVacay.

Point.io, the Wayne-based enterprise software company, added former Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year Michael Sanchez to its Board of Directors, according to a release. Sanchez is the CEO of Savana, a Berwyn-based enterprise software company.
