Don’t believe the myth of the millennial job hopper.
In Baltimore, our data suggests that developers over 35 are more likely to seek out a new job, instead of millennial developers (ages 18-34). We surveyed 140 developers in Baltimore and Philadelphia and found that in Baltimore, nearly 75 percent of technologists between the ages of 45 and 54 are currently employed but looking for a new job, while just over half of technologists between the ages of 25 and 34 said the same.
We did an early analysis of our developer survey but it’s a living, breathing dataset and you can help us make it more accurate.
