According to a tweet posted yesterday by Baltimore CIO Rico Singleton, Mayor Blake and Mr. Singleton will be making a technology announcement this morning.

I’ve got to say, it would be quite interesting to see an announcement for a highly requested open data apps contest considering we’re less than 2 weeks away from a Mayoral election in Baltimore. We’ll have to see…
