Mediant Communications, a Greenpoint-based shareholder communications technology firm, raised a $3.4 million equity round, according to an SEC filing. They previously raised nearly $24 million in January.
Park Slope apartment hunting startup Naked Apartments secured $103,411 in Series B funding, according to an SEC filing. Naked Apartments started in 2008.
