Feel strongly about Newark’s city logo?

Newark came in fourth in our Delaware city logo rankings last year.

“The current design is very simple — which we like — but it’s a bit too simple, a little too dated,” we wrote.

Since then, the logo has been in a protracted rebranding project.

The City of Newark is holding a forum Thursday, June 30 at 4:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building for another brainstorming session. So if you have strong feelings about Newark’s branding (paging @TonyAbraham), you should attend.

The session is meant to collect input from the public on website upgrades and logo redesign.
