Digital services firm Fearless recently finalized its latest office expansion at Spark Baltimore, completing a nine-month project inside the coworking space at Inner Harbor’s Power Plant Live.

“This is an exciting time for Fearless,” said Fearless CEO Delali Dzirasa in a statement. “An expansion that was planned prior to COVID, has proven more necessary than originally anticipated due to the need to work in more socially-distanced environments. The new space provides our growing team of 130 more space to spread out in a safe manner.”

The expansion added a kitchen and cafe area, reception lounge, a large conference room that seats about 15 people, a multi-use area for trainings and events, two phone booths, three meeting rooms, numerous team rooms and murals dedicated to the city of Baltimore. With this project, about 10,000 square feet was added. That means Fearless now has a total of 27,800 square feet across four floors of Spark.

Fearless was an initial tenant of Spark, which quickly became a growing downtown hub for entrepreneurs when it was opened by real estate firm The Cordish Companies five years ago. Fearless has expanded its footprint in Spark as the company has grown. In 2019, Fearless moved into a new space that gave the agency 9,000 square feet.

“At a time when many businesses are pausing expansion plans and scaling back operations, Spark Baltimore and The Cordish Companies are proud and excited by Fearless’ commitment to growth, specifically with this purposeful pivot towards reimagining how the expanded workspace will be used post-pandemic,” said Shervonne Cherry, director of Spark Coworking.
