Leadership Delaware is looking for its 14th cohort

Receptions are scheduled for interested candidates for 2022.

Call for leaders: Professionals in the private, public and nonprofit sectors are wanted for the 14th cohort of Leadership Delaware.

The prestigious leadership development program’s past cohorts have included tech and business-minded people like Markevis Gideon, cofounder of NERDiT NOW; Tariq Hook, CIO of Code Differently; Rebecca Nazario, VP of operations at ChristianaCare; Jordan Bonner, project director at Delaware College Scholars; and Gary Camp, senior director of communications at Dover International Speedway.

Applications are now open for emerging leaders looking to build relationships across industries. During the fellowship, members are required to attend two mandatory sessions per month and complete several group projects. In the end, the professionals who complete the program as fellows become members of a tight alumni community that continues on to mentor other upcoming leaders.
