Power Moves: After rebranding, Snag makes a key hire

Jim Monroe has been named the chief experience officer of Snag, an Arlington, Va.-based platform for job searching. Monroe joined Snag in 2012 and has 20 years of experience managing and selling consulting services. In his new role, Snag says Monroe will be focused on uniting the company’s product, design and support services divisions under one team.

Snag was initially launched in Richmond, Va., in 2000, but has since expanded and rebranded earlier this year. Before his current role, Monroe oversaw Snag’s internal and external operations.

Hatch Apps welcomes a new senior software engineer this month. Alex Leone comes to Hatch after working at Mobile Posse, as a lead application developer for six years, according to his LinkedIn.

Arlington’s Accenture Federal Services named John Fraser as the president of ASM Research. Fraser isn’t new to the company, he’s been working with ASM Research in various roles since 1986. He succeeds Eric Warden, who is departing the firm after 25 years.
