Common Curriculum officially launches tonight with a happy hour and event at Max’s Taphouse in Fells Point. Common Curriculum is a platform designed by teachers, for teachers and allows them to conduct their weekly lesson planning entirely online, and then forward information, like homework notices, to parents via e-mail. It also enables teachers to share lesson plans.
Binge LLC appears to have $75,000 committed of a planned $600,000 equity round, according to an SEC filing. The Columbia-based company, founded in 2009, offers “African Americans and the hip hop community with the best experience available on the web for video sharing with social networking,” according to its website.
