Our Fortune 500 retail client is searching for a dynamic IT and Data Program Manager to oversee the strategic Re-Architecture and Re-Imagine initiatives, ensuring they align seamlessly with the data organization goals.

*Job Summary:* As a Program Manager you will be at the forefront of driving the success of the Snowflake Re-Architecture and Re-Imagine project. Your role will involve resource management, cross-functional team coordination, and strategic planning to deliver impactful results.

*Key Responsibilities:*

· Sets POD tasks/sprint goals, monitors the execution of those goals, and tracks those metrics.

· Develop and execute short and long-term plans for Re-Architecture and Re-Imagine initiatives, in line with the company's overarching strategy.
* Define and manage tasks, monitor progress, and track project metrics.
* Maintain project milestones and documentation within project management tools, such as JIRA.
* Identify and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
* Lead resource allocation for the project team.
* Coordinate internal team meetings and ensure compliance with review processes.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven track record in program management, ideally within the retail sector.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA.
* Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Knowledge of overseeing a project from end-to-end stages
* Knowledge of PowerBI
* Knowledge of Snowflake
* Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
