Forget humans. Pinterest users want things, not people.
That was one of Curalate‘s findings after combing through 500,000 Pinterest images to determine what makes a photo worth repinning on the image-driven social network, according to a recent Wired report. The University City visual analytics startup offered this photo of a Paula Deen salad as an example of Pinterest perfection. Users repinned it 307,000 times, liked it 8,000 times and commented on it 300 times.
