Framebridge celebrates two years with a little rebranding

After two years of operation and over 100,000 items framed (according to a spokesperson), custom framing startup Framebridge is putting its customers front and center. With this goal in mind, the company unveiled a new site on Monday.

CEO Susan Tynan told Technical.ly she liked the old website, but it felt like it focused predominantly on the company itself. The new one, by contrast, prominently showcases large photos of customers with the art they used Framebridge to frame. Customers and their stories, Tynan and her team have decided, are the more interesting part of the whole business and thus the best marketing resource.
Even now that the website is done, Tynan told Technical.ly that Framebridge aims to continue showcasing customers (and their art)Ā onĀ the company blog.
The redesign also includes some new features — now customers can preview their pieceĀ in every single one of Framebridge’s frames. The “designer’s choice” option, where a Framebridge designer picks a frame for you for free, is also now more prominent.
“We want to be the easiest way to custom-frame the things you love,” Tynan told Technical.ly. The website and feature updates include customer feedback from the past two years in order to make the process even more streamlined, she added.
