Philly Codefest: Part of Code Across America 2014, this hackathon will focus on health, hospital and patient care, government and civic solutions, media and digital Arts, data science and visualization, cybersecurity and hardware tools. Friday to Sunday, various times Drexel’s URBN Center. 3401 Market Street. University City. RSVP. Free.

Hive76 and the Philadelphia Museum of Art present: A Twist on Tech: Hackerspace Hive76 will have its robots, 3D printed-objects and more on display during this event. Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. Great Stair Hall at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy. Fairmount. RSVP. Pay what you will (entry to the museum comes with entry to the event).
