IMPACT 2011 – The Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies, or PACT, holds its keystone conference this week in partnership with Silicon Valley media company AlwaysOn. The conference is a mix of talks with CEOs, investors, entrepreneurs and others.  In a previous interview with Technically Philly, conference chairman Jay Coogan said the conference is shooting to attract tech workers from all over the Mid-Atlantic. Technically Philly is a media sponsor of this event. Tuesday and Wednesday. Wharton BizTech – E-commerce entrepreneurs from Philadelphia and elsewhere gather at the Ritz Carlton to talk about what’s next in the always-growing field.
