Arcweb: new consulting firm on IT product from PSL, Vuzit cofounder Chris Cera

Meet the (kind of) newest addition to N3rd Street: Arcweb, a product consulting company founded in May 2011.

It’s a services shop to help product firms.

Chris Cera, Vuzit co-founder and founding member of Philly Startup Leaders, has been quietly working on a new venture out of Indy Hall for a little over a year, but now that Cera’s got some time to breathe, he’s ready for a public launch.

Meet the (kind of) newest addition to N3rd StreetArcweb, a product consulting company founded in May 2011.

The company specializes in mobile and cloud technologies and how they integrate with enterprise, according to a release. Arcweb has six employees, including 4 part-time subcontractors and 2 full-timers, and four clients, whom Cera is keeping quiet for now.

Cera says Arcweb got a big client right after its founding, so he wasn’t able to do a full public launch until now.

Arcweb’s next moves include launching two mobile apps at the end of the year.

Cera, 34, is still a Vuzit board member and chair of Philly Startup Leaders. He is on the advisory board of mobile backend Cloudmine and was recently appointed to state economic development agency Benjamin Franklin Technology Partners‘ Technical Advisory Committee. He currently lives in Queen Village but says his West Philly pride is still strong.
