Health IT startup WellDoc hopes to raise a $20 million round of funding to add to $30 million in funding it has already raised.
As Technical.ly Baltimore reported on Dec. 11, WellDoc has already raised $200,000 in debt and equity. The startup helps doctors manage patients’ Type II diabetes via mobile phone.
But the Baltimore Business Journal reports that WellDoc “expects to close on the round shortly.”
