Landing a choice parking spot on a Baltimore Ravens gameday can be as frustrating as Baltimore talk radio after a Ravens loss.
The folks at Federal Hill-based Parking Panda want to alleviate the former’s stress. The company this week announced a partnership with the Baltimore Ravens.

“Other than the [Atlanta] Falcons, this is our first [NFL] team and one that we’re excited about,” said Parking Panda Marketing Director Mark McTamney. “We’re always actively pursuing sports partnerships. We expect to definitely have some more exciting news closer to football season.”

Visitors to the Ravens’ directions and parking page are now shown a widget from Parking Panda. The widget has links to parking availability for all M&T Bank Stadium events, not just Ravens preseason and regular season games but college games like Ohio State’s August date against Navy, and the Army-Navy game in December. But officially, the partnership is just with the Ravens for now, McTamney said.
A spot for the Aug. 7 preseason opener against the San Francisco 49ers starts at $11. A parking permit for the stadium lots for the same game runs more than $50 on ticket seller Stubhub.
The Ravens now become the second team in town with Parking Panda ties. In June, the startup expanded its partnership with MLB.com to the Baltimore Orioles website, as Technical.ly Baltimore reported.
“Traffic for Orioles has been great. That has easily been one of our top teams lately and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive,” McTamney said. “Customers really appreciate the fact they have one less thing to worry about on game day.”
The company also has a partnership with the Verizon Center, home of the NBA’s Washington Wizards and the NHL’s Washington Capitals.
