At the Maryland Science Center, cyclists will soon be able to learn how to repair their bicycles.
A $3.15 million renovation, to be completed by the end of September, will add a do-it-yourself space called The Shed where Science Center visitors can take “lessons on bicycle repair or a tutorial on soldering or some other hands-on class,” reports the Baltimore Sun.
In addition, a refurbished Davis Planetarium will be equipped with technology to better incorporate videos into planetarium shows.
