Coworking company MakeOffices is adding some new technology to its physical office space. The goal to help further collaboration for companies building businesses, according to a press release.
McLean, Va.–based MakeOffices is partnering with citylink.ai to create an artificial intelligent based engagement network. citylink.ai has a platform called Concept Foundry. It offers tools to help businesses use artificial intelligence, develop apps and also offers marketing resources. Additionally, it provides links to educators and leaders from larger businesses. The platform, which is currently being used in the Gramercy District in Loudon County, is aimed at spurring smart city technology development.
“By combining MakeOffices with citylink.ai’s Concept Foundry platform, we will be able to create a hyper-connected ecosystem throughout all of our workspaces, enhancing our coworking experience while helping our members grow their businesses,” said Zach Wade, Chief Executive Officer at MakeOffices, in a statement.
The partnership will help it expand, as MakeOffices has a dozen locations in Philadelphia, Chicago and the DMV, Bethesda Row in Maryland and a forthcoming location at The Wharf in D.C are candidates to be early adopters of the Concept Foundry platform in the first quarter of 2018. More are expected to follow later in the year.
