Internet Marketing Association launches mid-Atlantic chapter

Its first event is scheduled for March 24 at the Abbey Burger Bistro in Fells Point.

The Internet Marketing Association is looking for marketing pros from Northern Virginia to Philly.
The California-based organization announced the launch of a mid-Atlantic chapter Wednesday morning.
The new chapter — for people working in content marketing, social media marketing and digital advertising — will be led by Mostafa Razzak of the D.C.-based JMRConnect.
“The Mid-Atlantic region has established itself as a center of marketing excellence and innovation,” Razzak said in a statement. “Areas like Baltimore and Washington corridor have created a vibrant, exciting environment that fosters growth and exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit of this industry.”
