Fast Company names Philly a tech scene in a place you’d never think to look

Fact: Those ubiquitous slideshow lists, like “10 Most Toxic Cities” and “Top 10 Fattest Cities,” can get annoying.

Fact: Philadelphia has been on both of those lists.
