Analog Watch Co., an East Passyunk Avenue design shop that makes wooden watches, completed a successful Kickstarter campaign last fall. It was that milestone that helped the company get featured in the Museum of Modern Art‘s shop of crowdfunded pieces, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
Shop the Kickstarter@MoMA storeAside from the online shop, founder Lorenzo Buffa‘s watches will be sold in MoMA’s three New York Stores and one in Tokyo. They’ll also remain in the store through the end of the year, once the Kickstarter shop ends.
The company opened the doors to its 700 square foot South Philadelphia show room this past weekend. It graduated from GoodCompany Group‘s social good business accelerator last year.
