Meet the 29 pros in Leadership Delaware’s Class of 2023

The 29 new fellows will spend the next year developing their leadership skills and networking with other notable Delawareans.

It’s time for a new batch of Delaware leaders to rise: Leadership Delaware, Inc. this week announced the 15th class of its yearlong program.

The program offers professional development to local leaders with a goal for these rising leaders to grow their careers while working to grow Delaware. (See who was in the Class of 2022 here.)

The fellows will participate in monthly sessions, hearing from up to 150 speakers across the full program. The speakers, all notable Delawareans, will share their expertise during issues-focused forums on topics ranging from the economy to healthcare to corporate governance.

This year, the class is made up of 29 fellows aged 27 to 50 from all three Delaware counties. The class of 2023 represents a variety of sectors, including nonprofits, healthcare, the arts and education. Some familiar tech and STEM orgs, including CSC, Futures First Gaming and Agilent Technologies, are among the companies represented.
