Once called “Philly’s Nerd Met Gala,” the annual finale of Philly Tech Week presented by Comcast has been reimagined.

Now Thursday early evening, join us September 24 for a unique virtual experience to celebrate this milestone. Your ticket price goes to support our journalism and community organizing via the Technical.ly Journalism Fund.

First off, you’re going to get dressed up —transform your home office or living room into your own escape. Next, you’ll join us to hear the winners of the annual Technical.ly Awards, watch some of the top cosplayers in Philadelphia and then settle in to compete in Philadelphia innovation trivia. You’ll compete for prizes and glory, with special guests and quiz qs mastered by the Technical.ly newsroom and our CEO Chris Wink. (Hint, you might want to know a thing or two about 10 influential historical and contemporary figures we’re honoring in conjunction with our 10th annual.

So throw on a cape and add a laser to your blazer. This will be a celebration of Philadelphia’s contribution to tech and innovation with all of Philly Tech Week’s attendees, sponsors, partners, and event organizers.

  • 4:30 p.m.: Technical.ly Awards
