Here’s where the best party of #PTW18 is happening

Read on for the big reveal.

Guess where. (Image by Technical.ly)

You all must know that Technical.ly throws the best annual tech expo/cocktail reception/dance party around. It’s probably why we get asked where this year’s closing party is every time we mention Philly Tech Week 2018 presented by Comcast.

Sales for early-bird tickets have been going since November, and we have to say thank you to the 100+ of you who purchased a ticket to a party at an unknown location. Respect.

So, what’s the deal with the closing party?

After over a week of clues via the Technical_ly Instagram account, followers were put to the test. Team Technical.ly waited under the actual location of the clue. If you managed to guess the location in the photograph and meet the team between 2:00–3:00 p.m. last Thursday, you were awarded with a free donut from Beiler’s and $5 off your ticket to the party.

Ten winners were able to guess the big announcement. Check out this recap video from the Thursday pop-up:

The Philly Tech Week 2018 Signature Event will take place at Reading Terminal Market!

That’s right! The typically crowded aisles will be all cleared out for #PTW18 attendees. We don’t want to spill all of the secrets yet, so stay tuned for more announcements.
