Cool event alert: You can get out of the house, do some local shopping and get some socially distanced networking in on March 21 at ArtzScape’s Small Business Sunday Pop-Up Shop in Wilmington.

Located on Lower Market Street, ArtzScape is a black box theater and performance venue that hosts live music, plays, poetry, comedy and art — and it’s also known for supporting the local small biz economy with shopping events.

The in-person Pop-Up Shop will feature music and shopping from local small businesses, with food and beverages available. The first 25 people who arrive after the noon opening will receive a door prize, and all attendees will get a free raffle ticket. This free pop-up will be open until 5 p.m. and requires registration.

Upcoming ArtzScape events events include the opening of the monthly art show, Geordan Lavale’s solo art exhibit “Can We Talk?”, on the First Friday Art Loop on April 2, with Small Business Sunday Pop-Up Shops happening on April 11 and 27 and May 5, 16 and 30.

Mask and social distancing required at all events. For more information, go to the ArtzScape website.
