Philly Startup Leaders (PSL), a community of and for startup entrepreneurs, has rounded up a list of Philly folks who have proposed panels for the 2020 South by Southwest (SXSW) conference and invited members of the community to vote.
The conference is still months away, kicking off March 13 in Austin. But PSL is angling for as much Philly representation as possible, and has rounded up 15 proposed panels to promote until voting closes Friday.
They range in topic from how society handles talking about maternity, teen girls making a career in tech, women in investing, and customer success.
“SXSW gives Philly entrepreneurs and technologists the opportunity to shine on a national stage. It allows us to showcase our ever-growing startup ecosystem and enhance a positive perception of Philadelphia’s entrepreneurial community,” said Jaclyn Allen, PSL’s head of programs.
“Not only do we get to share our own triumphs and challenges with other cities, but we get to learn from other cities too,” she added.
