Outgoing Maryland Governor and supposed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Martin O’Malley participated in an “Ask Me Anything” on reddit on Monday morning.

In short: O’Malley did well when it came to questions about pot, poorly when it came to political redistricting and was AWOL when it came to explaining why Maryland spent $90 million on an online health insurance marketplace only to scrap it later on.
