Entrepreneurs will hear from a real-life astronaut at this year’s TEDCO-organized expo.
Terry Virts, a Columbia-born astronaut who spent the first half of 2015 aboard the International Space Station, will be the morning keynote speaker at the Nov. 17 Entrepreneur Expo.

Along with all the space mission stuff he had to take care of, Virts sent back some beguiling tweets and mystifying GoPro footage of a spacewalk. Along with his astronaut duties, Virts will talk about how NASA needs to expand its relationship with entrepreneurs. (Consider the Startup NASA initiative a step in that direction.)
Rent the Runway cofounder Jennifer Fleiss is also speaking at the Expo, which will be held at BWI Marriott in Linthicum Heights.
