Michael Rappaport

Michael Rappaport is the CEO and founder of Chariot Solutions, with overall responsibility for management of company operations, focusing on strategic planning and business development. He is active in many areas of the organization, including sales, marketing, recruiting and human resources. In 2010, 2014, 2016, and 2022 Chariot was named the #1 Top Workplace amongst Philadelphia area small (50-150 employees) companies by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philly.com. Prior to founding Chariot, Rappaport served for 10 years as the managing director of Skylight Systems, Inc., a software company he cofounded that specialized in solutions for mid-size and large wholesale distributors. He graduated from Drexel University with a BS degree in Management of Computerized Information Systems and Marketing.
