Royal Farms customers recently showed some pride when Food & Wine listed the convenience store chain among the best gas station food in the country. Now they will be able to show their loyalty with a new app.
Baltimore-based RoFo chose Locust Point–based Mindgrub to develop the iOs and Android app, which is set to launch in 2018. The loyalty system will allow customers to track points that can be used toward purchasing more products at Royal Farms. Mobile ordering is also in the works, according to a statement from Royal Farms Director of Information Technology Scott Smith. Plus, there will be “enticing” pictures of chicken.

Smith said that feedback indicated a better mobile app would enhance the customer experience.
“With this partnership, we are really getting the quality we need to scale and grow our digital offerings. A solid mobile app is another good reason, besides chicken, to choose Royal Farms,” Smith said.
