Mobile and web development firm Cynergy, with offices in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood, has been acquired by tax and audit giant KPMG.
KPMG’s acquisition of Cynergy was made “to help businesses capitalize on the transformative opportunities provided by digital and mobile technologies,” according to CityBizList.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The company has eight offices in the U.S.
