Events Roundup is a Technical.ly column in which we highlight events happening in the D.C. area each month. Got a submission? Email us at dc@technical.ly so we can consider it for our next roundup.

The social distancing order in D.C. has been extended through May 15, which means we’ll be attending more events through our computer screens for at least the next few weeks.

Though Technical.ly’s signature Introduced conference happens annually during Philly Tech Week each year, we’re taking the event virtual on May 7. Introduced|Virtual will be a one-day immersive online conference featuring over 20 speakers across eight sessions addressing the current economic state and larger trends like employer branding and investor strategies.

The conference will kick off with a coffee intro at 8:30 a.m. on May 7 with Technically Media CEO Chris Wink. Introduced|Virtual is free to attend.
