Once a year, Technical.ly brings together entrepreneurs, HR leaders and corporate innovation executives for a day focused on building better companies.
Previously, this was done IRL at our Introduced by Technical.ly conference, which is one of Philly Tech Week presented by Comcast’s cornerstone events. With the emergence of COVID-19, we’ve all had to reimagine what networking, idea exchange and the business experience itself looks like.
To help keep our community connected during this trying time, we will be hosting a series of virtual events as part of an extended celebration of the 10th annual Philly Tech Week — starting next month with Introduced|Virtual.
Born from a reimagined 10th annual Philly Tech Week happening this September, Introduced|Virtual is a one-day immersive online conference introducing you to the ideas, people and opportunities that build better companies, even in the face of adversity.
Aligned with the themes of our in-person event, Introduced|Virtual adds a layer of timeliness with specialized talks on how to survive and thrive through uncertainty.
Introduced|Virtual is purposefully built to address the current state of the world while also covering larger trends such as employer branding and investor strategies. By covering topics both trending and timely, this full-day event will feature actionable takeaways you can implement in times of both crisis or normalcy.
Starting at 8:30 am, join us for tailored thought leadership and a carefully curated list of speakers from across the nation and our hometown. Together we’ll dig deep and explore topics such as:
- An Economic Outlook for Growth Companies
- How to be Responsive to Your Workforce during a Crisis
- How Hiring Changes During a Recession
- How has COVID changed early-stage entrepreneurship?
Look for a full list of speakers closer to the big event, but for now, here’s a peek at the experts you can expect to hear from on the 7th:
- Michael Vaughan, former COO of Venmo
- Jacob Hsu, CEO of Catalyte
- Danielle Cohn, VP of startup engagement and head of LIFT Labs at Comcast
- Rick Nucci, CEO of Guru
- Lloyd Adams, managing director for the East Region at SAP
- Hilliary Turnipseed, talent acquisition exec formerly of Upside Travel, Politico and Discovery
There is no fee to attend, but we are offering a pay-what-you-wish option if you would like to support our local journalism efforts:
