Mindgrub is set to build mobile apps for energy company Exelon.
Starting this month, the Locust Point-based agency closed the deal to build apps for Exelon utility companies, according to an announcement. The apps will be for iOS and Android, providing tools for Exelon’s customers.
Exelon, a Fortune 100 company, owns energy providers including Baltimore Gas and Electric and Pennsylvania’s PECO. The company recently opened a new tower in Harbor Point. Working with a local firm like Mindgrub is another way it influences the local economic landscape.
“Mindgrub is committed to doing business with industry leaders in our region while at the same time, constantly discovering new technologies to leverage innovation in the digital arena,” said Mindgrub CEO Todd Marks.
