Everything you need to know about this year’s Tech2gether, Delaware’s flagship tech conf

I remember attending the first Tech2gether in 2014.

At the tech conference organized by incubator 1313 Innovation, I saw Technical.ly cofounder Christopher Wink and late venture capitalist David Freschman speak before learning about Technical.ly Delaware. As a newcomer to the scene, I learned about different ways to get engaged. I wanted to do more and now, I write for Technical.ly Delaware. That is what the first event meant to me and I hope it means the same to many of the attendees this year.
Digital Vikings was there in the demo pit, showcasing 3D-printed products. There was music, there were performers, there were fire eaters in the middle of Market St. and it made me think, “Where has this stuff been hiding in Wilmington?”
This year is no different. Once again, it will be held at World Cafe at the Queen during Delaware Innovation Week 2016 on Nov. 16 starting at 10 a.m.

Early bird tickets are available for $60. If you know you’re attending, buy the tickets soon. The rate hikes up to $80 on Friday at midnight.

The demo pit will be back and there will be a student pitch competition on the main stage, plus a virtual/augmented reality lab and a live jam session by the Living Sample.
