Don’t forget, the Technology Forum of Delaware’s third annual Idea Challenge is Wednesday.
It’s taking on a different tack this year by combining people from local organizations with “tech geeks” to collaborate on ways to improve life for Wilmingtonians.
So far, these are the organizations participating:
- Downtown Visions
- Zip Code Wilmington
- Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau
- Wilmington University
- Capital One
- Great Dames
- MySherpa
- Wilmington Renaissance Corporation
- Small Business Administration
- Digital Eye
- Cyberwolf Software
There will be a stronger emphasis on the entrepreneurial process this year, organizer George Rotsch has said, with the understanding that the challenge is just the initial phase of that process.
The event costs $25 if you’re a Tech Forum member, $40 for non-members, and an extra $5 at the door if you don’t register online beforehand.
It’ll go from 5:30-8 p.m. at 1313 Innovation.
