Technical.ly’s NET/WORK tech jobs fair returns May 9, during Philly Tech Week

One of the last big in-person events Technical.ly hosted before the pandemic changed everything was our beloved tech jobs fair. We’re back!

One of the first times I engaged seriously with the novel coronavirus that we now call COVID-19 was in planning for Technical.ly’s NET/WORK tech jobs fair.

In February 2020, we welcomed more than 800 tech professionals and 40+ tech hiring companies to a concert venue in Philadelphia. We hosted hundreds more in Baltimore, before we canceled the versions we planned for DC and Delaware. Three years later, we’ve learned plenty.

Our Philadelphia edition of NET/WORK returns Tuesday, May 9, as part of Philly Tech Week 2023 presented by Comcast. We’ll meet in the beautiful, expansive and well-transited Center City offices of Perpay, the fintech startup and longtime client of ours.

For the uninitiated, NET/WORK was never your average job fair. For one, we always welcomed jobseekers and the happily employed who are curious about who is hiring. (In fact, the only people we ask not to attend are third-party recruiters.) In addition to dozens of the region’s fastest-growing tech hiring companies, NET/WORK offers professional development workshops, plus resume reviews and professional headshots. And, yes, the day is capped with a fine networking happy hour like the Before Times. Point is: It’s actually fun.

If your company wants to show off you’re hiring, join us. Though many of the firms will be hiring in Philadelphia, there will also be hundreds of remote jobs on offer. Tables start at $1,500.  Email sales@technical.ly for more information.
