Technical.ly’s inaugural Hiring and Workplace Culture Trends Report is here. How can it fit into your people ops plans for 2021?
Well, that’s exactly what we will be discussing in this Wednesday’s BuildingUp webinar. Just last week we announced this new quarterly series, which has evolved out of our ongoing work tracking and reporting on what, and who, it takes to build better workplaces.
Next Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 11 a.m. EST we will host a live discussion centered around our recently released report discussing what it all means, and what companies and HR leaders should be addressing now and going forward.
You can expect to hear honest conversations around questions like “How did your business respond to 2020’s racial justice movement, and what’s happening now?” and “What hard, foundational questions should HR and culture leaders be asking of their orgs?”
If you haven’t yet downloaded the report, you can familiarize yourself with the themes beforehand:
- Foundation (think mission, vision, values)
- Remote work
Technically Media CEO and cofounder Chris Wink will moderate; speakers will include:
- Amy Leschke-Kahle — VP of performance acceleration, The Marcus Buckingham Company
- Juliana Pignotti, SHRM — Senior recruiter and operations, cloudtamer.io
- Talia Edmundson, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP — Founder and principal, HRnB Consulting
- Tamara M. Rasberry, SHRM-CP PHR — Founder and principal, Rasberry Consulting, LLC
It’s all happening 11 a.m. to noon EST on the 24th.
Attendees will gain actionable takeaways on what HR leaders and others in similar roles should be thinking about for 2021 and beyond.
Here’s more on the panelists, in their own words:
Leschke-Kahle is the VP of performance acceleration at The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP Company. She combines her practitioner experience with research to collaborate with clients across the globe. She is most known for building the people operations function for Philadelphia-based ecommerce company RevZilla, taking the organization from 40 employees to 475 in less than eight years. She launched HRnB Consulting to guide startups and small businesses as they think through developing people-focused workplaces. HRnB is an HR jawn offering fractional, executive HR support, project-based consultation, functional coaching, and people operations team installation.
Rasberry heads Rasberry Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in developing strategies for inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging with a focus on addressing mental health in the workplace. She also currently serves as the HR manager (a department of one) for a national nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. Her nearly 20 years in the HR field have included in-house and consulting roles for nonprofits of all sizes in the D.C. metropolitan area.
There’s still time to get the report:
