First Person Arts launched its podcast this week, two months after surpassing its Kickstarter goal of $15,000. The storytelling event will release a new episode every week, featuring stories from their twice-monthly Story Slams and other professionally produced stories from Philadelphians. The podcast will be produced by Yowei Shaw.

The first episode of the podcast features storytellers Brady Dale and Diana Spechler, in addition to a rather heartfelt story from a lesbian teen mom from Norris Square talking about her daughter.
