Robert Herrera is in final countdown mode for the April 1 grand opening of The Mill, a downtown Wilmington coworking space he’s designed and built that’s been months in the making.
Watch how the space transformed from bare bones to sleek design with this timelapse video by local film company The Kitchen. You’ll also see glimpses toward the end of some of the branding Nick Matarese created for the coworking space.
In a voiceover during the video, Herrera says, “Design is the intersection between function and aesthetic. And if you can nail both, you’re onto something special.”
