Pre-launch Priceless, Inc., based in Dumbo, secured $500,000 in a Series A equity round, according to an SEC filing.
The executive officers and directors listed on the filing are an impressive trio:
- Jean-Baptiste Michel, a former Visiting Faculty member at Google doing a post-doc at Harvard
- Alex Carel, the French-born head of Christie’s Paris at 27
- Erez Lieberman Aiden, a member of the Harvard Society of Fellows.
Aiden and Michel collaborated on Google’s Ngram viewer, which allows users to graph relative frequency of certain words over centuries.
