Jacqueline Albright steps into the role, and Rachel Blevins comes on as marketing coordinator.

Emerging Technology Centers has a pair of new positions, with familiar faces filling the roles.
Jacqueline Albright was named Assistant Director of the Baltimore Development Corporation-backed incubator. Albright will continue to manage ETC’s day-to-day coworking, accelerator and incubator programs, and also work on strategic initiatives.
“Jackie is a talented young woman and has been key to the successful growth of the ETC community,” said ETC President Deb Tillett.
With Albright’s promotion, ETC also hired Rachel Blevins as community and marketing coordinator. The recent West Virginia University grad came on full time following an internship with ETC’s accelerator program, AccelerateBaltimore. In the new role, she is tasked with managing digital marketing and events for ETC’s programs and two campuses.
