Baltimore aerial photography outfit Heights + Horizons got above the crowds at the March 28-April 3 festival. Like you, the lights and free concerts were motivation to head for the harbor, no matter the weather.
Heights and Horizons shot the footage shot on a DJI Inspire 1. Most of it is in 4K, so jack up those quality settings.
