One year has passed since the former South Baltimore rec center was re-opened as the Digital Harbor Tech Center.
Administered by the nonprofit Digital Harbor Foundation, the center has been the home to after-school computer programming classes, summer camps focused on digital fabrication and hackathon competitions for students building websites for other nonprofits, as Technical.ly Baltimore has reported.
Tonight the Digital Harbor Foundation hosts an anniversary party and a showcase highlighting the work done by the elementary through high school students who go to the center after school.
