These tech innovators made The Observer’s list of ‘New Brooklyn Machers’

The Observer put together a list of “influencers, agitators and innovators” shaking up the borough. It would seem, by definition, that folks from the local tech community should dot this list — and there are several included.
Elizabeth Sackler, who heads the Brooklyn Museum’s board of trustees as tech is changing the museum experience; Alex Blumberg, the former Planet Money co-host and entrepreneur behind the Gimlet Media podcast network; and Bob Bland, whose fashion manufacturing hub in Sunset Park’s Liberty View Industrial Plaza includes a “wearable tech R&D center,” all made the list.
