Whether you’re a Romney or Obama supporter, you should rep it — with the purchase of a pair of sunglasses that includes a $1 donation to the campaign of your choice.

That’s the idea behind Polarized Politics, an ecommerce venture from local sunglasses startup College Glasses.

The team of recent college grads behind the project hopes to get casual political supporters excited about the upcoming presidential election by giving them an incentive — and an easy way — to get involved, says Polarized Politics co-founder Alex Kaplan.

The three-person College Glasses team recently relocated to Philadelphia from different parts of the country and are working in Southwest Center City.
